The Stewart-Beavers Institute is a private therapy practice, offering comprehensive clinical care with some of the best-regarded practitioners in the country. Our focus is compassionate treatment, in a safe, welcoming environment for all clients. Client assessment and treatment is available for a variety of needs.
Neurofeedback is the treatment of the future - today! This treatment was just given, "Recommended Treatment Status" by the America Pediatric Society, and is at the highest level of efficacy.
We believe in providing direct training opportunities for clients, professionals and the public. We are excited to offer trainings on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy is recognized as one of the most effective forms of trauma treatment in numerous practice guidelines worldwide. In the United States, this includes organizations such as the American Psychiatric Association and Department of Defense. More than twenty randomized studies support the effectiveness of the therapy in the treatment of PTSD. Further, than twenty randomized studies have demonstrated positive effects of the eye movements.
Our practicioners are actively engaged in creating books and other resources to help those struggling with the issues we discuss on a regular basis.
